Option A: 90 Day Insurance Policy

$300.00-$500.00 =$19.95
$500.00-$1000.00 =$24.95
$1000.00 & up =$49.95  

Option B: 180 Day Insurance Policy

$100.00-$300.00 =$29.95
$300.00-$500.00 =$39.95
$500.00-$1000.00 =$49.95
$1000.00 & up =$99.95  

These policies will provide you with insurance coverage on your new DVD/VHS for the selected time frames that you choose. The policy will start 15 days after your purchase date.

(We automatically cover the first 15 days)  

If for any reason your DVD/VHS is damaged, we will replace it with a new copy.

Please include in package:

- Completed “RETURN FORM” 
- Copy of your invoice
- Damaged copy of DVD/VHS

You will receive your new copy within 7-10 business days upon receiving your return. Your product will be shipped via UPS GROUND. If you require express service please specify on the Return Form. You will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges on pay before ship basis.
