Dan Brannan has been from the ground and up, in a matter of speaking. He has worked as a pilot, an instructor, a manager and a safety officer, just to mention a few. His experience is very extensive, which allows him to understand and relate to all the different people with all different jobs.
In his presentation he addresses the common challenges that every company faces. Complacency, teamwork, labor vs. management, culture differences, responsibility ,speaking up for safety, superman syndrome and the most important is who will be affected if an accident were to happen, it’s your family.
