We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a DVD or VHS that is damaged or non-working please call us and let us know the specifics of the return, then simply return the video to us within 15 days of receipt. Once we have received your return we will then replace the damaged or non-working video of the same title with another copy at no charge to you. Please send the damaged DVD/VHS with the copy of the invoice and return form so we may expedite the return process for you.
When returning items to us please obtain a tracking number for that item from your parcel service. Phoenix Safety will not be responsible for items that are lost in the mail.
