All sales are final.

If you receive a DVD or Thumb-Drive that is damaged or non-working please call us and let us know the specifics of the return, then simply return the video to us within 10 days of receipt. Once we have received your return we will then replace the damaged or non-working video of the same title with another copy at no charge to you. Please send the damaged DVD/Thumb-Drive with the copy of the invoice and return form so we may expedite the return process for you. Defective items may be only exchanged for the same title.

When returning items to us please obtain a tracking number for that item from your parcel service. Phoenix Safety will not be responsible for items that are lost in the mail.

Video on Demand / Streaming: All sales are final and all charges from those sales are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
